HIIT
Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and conditioning classes at Palmera Fitness in Brookvale are fast-paced, high-energy sessions designed to push your limits and keep results coming.
Each workout combines short bursts of intense exercise with brief recovery periods to elevate your heart rate, burn calories and build cardiovascular endurance. Sessions typically run for 30–45 minutes and are suitable for all fitness levels, with expert coaching and modifications provided throughout.
Every class begins with the trainer explaining the workout and demonstrating each exercise, including regressions and progressions to suit individual abilities. After a dynamic warm-up, members move through a varied training circuit featuring high-energy movements such as burpees, jumping jacks, sprints and mountain climbers. Work-to-rest intervals change regularly to keep your body challenged and prevent plateaus.
Each session finishes with a cool-down and stretching to support recovery and performance. Our HIIT classes are designed to improve fitness, increase endurance and take you out of your comfort zone in a motivating group training environment on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
