We’re launching a 12-week preparation program leading into the next HYROX in Sydney this July. The program includes two structured training sessions per week, focused on building the strength, endurance, and confidence needed for race day.
Throughout the program you’ll receive weekly feedback from your coach, and we’ll track progress week by week so you can clearly see how far you’re improving. We’ll also run two full HYROX simulations during the program to establish a baseline and measure your development along the way.
Most importantly, this journey isn’t about competing with anyone else — it’s about becoming stronger than the person you were yesterday. Expect a supportive community, constant learning, and the motivation that comes from training together toward a shared goal. 💪
