Our Classes
HIIT
Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) classes are fast-paced workout that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods. They usually are 30–45 minutes long and suitable for all fitness levels with modifications.
It will start with the trainer introducing the class, going around the circuit of the day. He/She will demonstrate each exercises and providing tips/regressions or progressions if needed.
After that the class will go through a dynamic warm-up, followed by the start of the circuit. Members will go through intervals of high-energy movements like jumping jacks, burpees, sprinting, or mountain climbers, followed by sets to breath. Sets timing can vary from day to day. The session often ends with a cool-down and stretching.
HIIT clases are designed to boost heart rate, burn calories, build endurance and ALWAYS take you out of your comfort zone.
STRENGTH
A Strength Class focuses on building muscle, improving tone, and increasing overall body strength. You'll move through a series of resistance-based exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands, barbells, or bodyweight. The class typically targets major muscle groups—arms, legs, back, and core—through structured sets and reps.

CALISTHENICS
Strength Development
In these classes, we focus on building muscle mass and increasing overall strength through performing functional bodyweight exercises such as pull ups, push ups, dips, rows, squats etc.
By varying the progressions of these movements we build the specific strength, flexibility, and coordination needed for skills like the front lever, back lever, handstand, planche, muscle-up, and pistol squat.
Skill Development
These classes focus on learning the technique behind a specific skill on apparatus such as parallettes, base blocks, static bars, and gymnastics rings.
Although there are no prerequisites for attending the skills class, a measure of strength is needed as a foundation to perform some skills and it is recommended to attend a strength class first.
